We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of a significant project for a biotech company.
ZT-TEK designed, produced, installed and commissioned 600kw/1290kwh (6units of 100kW/129kWh) BESS , each equipped with our state-of-the-art 3.2V 280Ah prismatic lithium-ion battery cells.
These high-performance cells are renowned for their impressive cycle life of up to 10,000 cycles and exceptional consistency, ensuring a smooth and efficient commissioning process. Our innovative energy storage solutions are set to provide substantial economic benefits by leveraging varying electricity rates throughout different times of the day. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in ensuring a reliable power supply during peak summer periods, safeguarding the operational efficiency of the client’s facility.
A notable highlight of this project is the use of custom aluminum alloy enclosures for both the pack boxes and cabinets. This choice of material ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, even in challenging coastal environments. With a projected lifespan of at least 15 years, these cabinets are designed to deliver long-term reliability and performance.
