On the morning of September 7, the construction of Zhitai New Energy (Dongtai) Co., Ltd. ushered in an important node, with the first batch of mixing system equipment entering the field, marking the beginning of the project's equipment installation and commissioning phase. This is another new milestone in the construction progress since the plant was topped out in July.
Zhitai New Energy (Dongtai) Co., Ltd. energy storage battery project with a total investment of 10 billion CNY, the project is divided into two phases of construction, of which the first phase of the project with a total investment of 5 billion CNY, covering an area of about 300 acres, It is built to integrate R&D, production and sales. The energy storage battery production base will be able to produce approximately 10GWh of energy storage batteries annually upon completion. The project was officially signed in October 2022 and is Dongtai City's first tens of billions of yuan project. Construction of the first phase of the project started in November of that year.
In order to promote the speed and efficiency of project construction, Dongtai government has listed this project as a key project and established a special promotion team to provide full-process coordination, full-cycle services, and all-factor guarantees to help the project go into production early and achieve early results.
