The main equipment of this energy storage system consists of two battery containers, three PCS inverters, and one E-House. Each individual battery container has a capacity of 2688kWh, configured with 24 battery racks. Each battery rack has a configuration of 2 cells in parallel and 238 cells in series, comprising 17 battery modules in series. The rated voltage and capacity of each battery rack are 876V/112kWh.
The battery module is made up of 3.68V/64AH ternary lithium-ion soft pack cells in a configuration of 2 cells in parallel and 14 cells in series.
Each individual PCS (Power Conditioning System) compartment is equipped with two 1.5MW PCS units, totaling 3MW in power. Six equipment foundations and cable trenches will be newly built at the energy storage site, connecting the cable trenches to the power plant building. According to the energy storage system access plan, primary and secondary cables need to be laid from the energy storage site to various locations in the power plant, including the 6kV substation, DCS (Distributed Control System) room, RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) room, and the central control room.
