Lithium-ion battery energy storage system

The project is for peak shaving and valley filling at a factory, utilizing off-peak charging during the night and discharging during peak daytime hours, with a daily charge and discharge cycle.
The project uses aluminum-cased single cells rated at 3.2V/100Ah, assembled using laser welding technology to form a PACK. The battery module configuration is 1P24S/76.8V/100Ah, with a rated capacity of 7.680kWh. Ten sets of battery modules in series form 1 cluster, with an energy capacity of 76.8kWh.
The battery system of this project includes 2 battery unit modules, totaling 153.6kWh, connected to a 50kW PCS (Power Conditioning System).
