1.6MW/3.2MWh Peak shaving and valley filling energy storage project on the user side
The project is located in the Cixing Stock Factory in Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo, Zhejiang. The project scale is 1.6MW/3.2MWh. It employs aluminum-cased single cells rated at 3.2V/280Ah, assembled using laser welding technology to form a PACK. The battery module configuration is 1P52S/166.4V/280Ah, with a rated capacity of 46.592kWh. Seven sets of battery modules in series form 1 cluster, with an energy capacity of 326.144kWh.
The project comprises 2 containers. One container holds 10 sets, 1 control cabinet, with a total capacity of 3261.44KWh. It is connected to a 1600KW PCS, which is stepped up to 10KV via a 1600KVA transformer and integrated into the plant's main line
